Candidates with broad interests are accepted, regardless of age or profession. Special musical education is not mandatory!

After the first five successful years of Academia Musica at the Human Laboratory, applications are now open for the sixth season of this new communicative educational structure that focuses on the integral science of music.

Music Academy is curated by Prof. Neva Krasteva and maestro Yordan Kamdjalov and with the participation of leading music specialists and pedagogues from Europe.

The program covers the spectrum from the theory of musical elements to general fundamental laws, principles and phenomena in music, examined in its development from antiquity to the present day. The inseparability between the theoretical and practical approach will be sought, as we are convinced that this is the only way to get to know and enter a matter of this type.

The foundation will fully cover the participation fee for the year-long Music education program for a limited number of applicants.

The educational sessions will be held one Saturday and Sunday each month, from November 2023 to June 2024 inclusive.

Academia Musica focuses on the integral science of music. The programme is the next organically evolving step of Yordan Kamdzhalov Foundation’s Conceptual Cultural Platform aiming at the development of the Human Self.

The sessions delivered by celebrated experts in the field of music: interpreters, music theoreticians, philosophers and teachers, span a range of topics from the theory of music elements to overarching fundamental laws, principles and phenomena in music traced along their axis of evolvement from the antiquity to modernity.
