The Academy for the Human Self is an interdisciplinary educational center established in 2024 by Yordan Kamdzhalov. The creation of the Academy for the Human Self marks a new direction in the cultural and educational mission of the Yordan Kamdzhalov Foundation – an enlightening endeavor inspired by the great awakeners in human history.
The Academy for the Human Self is the natural consequence of ACADEMIA MUSICA – a conceptual cultural platform focused on the integral science of music. Led by Prof. Neva Krasteva and Yordan Kamdzhalov, it encompasses topics ranging from the theory of musical elements to fundamental, comprehensive laws, principles, and phenomena in music, tracing their development from antiquity to the present day. The scientific sessions are led by qualified specialists in the fields of musicology, philosophy, physics, and other related disciplines. ACADEMIA MUSICA is a pilot educational format that later evolved into the Academy for the Human.
The educational center is open to people of all ages, relying on a revolutionary individual approach.
At the Academy for the Human, participants have the opportunity to exchange experience and inspiration with some of the contemporary awakeners of the nation – individuals with undisputed international achievements and teachers of a pleiad of gold medalists and laureates. Lecturers and coaches work both with those who have found their passion and know exactly in which area they want to develop, as well as with people who are still searching for their role. For all of them, individual interdisciplinary programs are offered, stimulating overall development, general culture, social skills, and everything that contributes to the moral intelligence of the Human.
The academic year of the Academy for the Human Self comprises 10 sessions, held one weekend per month, covering 4 modules – science, art, sports, and innovation.
Maestro Kamdzhalov, the team of the Academy for the Human Self, and its participants work together to realize the true potential of the Human Self.
